Posting your mobile to FixMy Broken...
When sending Devices to FixMy Broken for repair please do not send any accesesories or chargers with the device / unit.

Before sending any device or console to us, please ensure you have backed up any data to a suitable storage media.(Unless the repair states data retetrival). Or, if a backup is not possible please let us know and we will do our best to try and preserve the data on the machine.

When sending your device to us please wrap the unit where possible in bubble wrap or any other suitable packing material to ensure parts such as screens or other fragile components do not suffer damage whilst in transit.

Next place the unit in a suitable sized cardboard box and secure the unit inside with additional packaging, please ensure the box is taped securely on all sides and corners.

Remember, you can never have enough packing!

Print the shipping label, fill in the details, fold down the indicated line and attach to the packaging.

On the bottom of the package please add your own return details incase the item loses its way in the postal system.

Select a shipping method that guarantees delivery and offers insurance. This can be through a courier or using the Royal Mail services.
